Stars!: Fledging Admirals III, for beginners and rusty oldtimers

Greetings,

after lots of spam in this group lately, once again the announcement
of a real Stars! game.

It's a pretty straight short game which is intended to lure back
oldtimers (considering themselves beginner to intermediate) and to
bring in new players. To make the battleground even, players
experienced in the mean combat vs other humans will have to leave some
leftover points in the race wizard (see restrictions).

* small, packed, 6-9 players, only 1 ally allowed

I'll play, although I have avoided starsautohost for years. hopefully
vista wont make things more difficult than they need to be.
